Probably, but hardly worthwhile asa 'this years project'. If its 8b you want go and get on 42 or Monsterocity at least you can feel you've done something worthwhile with one of those two little beauties!

I agree, if you're going to put effort into a 8b why not make it a good one, there's a fair bit of choice

To be fair it's a great workout traverese especially if you don't stop on the jugs and even tastier if you do weedkiller footless. Unfortunately it's v. agressive on the right knee. A connoisseurs 8b. Have to agree if you want a project for the year you're far better of down somewhere like cheedale. Depending on your strengths i'd reccommend Revelations, Zeke,Kali Yuga, Love amongst the butterflies. Good luck

"Depending on your strengths I'd recommend Bouldering, Bouldering, Gnarly Crimping or Gnarly Crimping with no feet."
Let's hope his strengths aren't routes without nails moves/crimping tiny holds! Though I guess it is the UK...

I'd say weedkiller-short chimes is fair at 8b. Going to the higher belay adds fun but not difficulty. And if you're psyched on it and enjoy trying it then don't worry about what anyone else says you 'should' be spending your time on.

Also never listen to barrows on route choice decisions  :tease: . Bricktop at Cheedale Cornice is supposedly amazing!

That's nice. It's not the RADist 8B out there though.

I'd vote for Bricktop at no.1! Its good because its got no grim moves on it, just hard all the way.

I reckon:

1. Bricktop
2. Waddage
3. Monsterosity?

Thanks Jon.
"It has no grim moves" That is because you both find Nemesis crux Piss! But yes it is a battle all the way to the belay.
Now go have a look at the roof route F7c/font7c/F7c. There is a lot of grimness to be had there. Dwarfs need not apply. No problam there then.

My roof not "Keiths slab"
Help! I don't know what to call it. This is the worst bit.  Just like naming a child and that took two weeks! Perhaps we should start a new thread "Name My Route". It needs to be good though, as it is by far the best new route I have done or perhaps ever do.

I was kind of hoping I hadn't done the top 2 on the peak-8b list... hmm... maybe I shouldn't come home for the summer after all.

Names: "Qui sème le vent récolte la tempête" [Who sows the wind reaps the whilrwind] Bit pretentious but I like it and thought it would be a good one for something that's taken a lot of effort.
Though I've also always wanted to call a route "Your Mum" (I'm going to do you mum today; your mum's pretty wet at the moment; your mum's well dirty etc..) so that might tell you something about the quality of my route names.

Save "Your mum" for a route with baggy fist jams?
