Rest week..... Good to rest up but probably shouldn't have been out til 4:30 on Sunday morning as still feeling trashed now

This week: Back on the horse! 4x4's, AeroCap, AnCap, Isloated hard moves, Fingerboarding, Weights... Possibly lime on the weekend.

T  Eve Edge with boys. Aerobic Power 8 repeats/attempts at 40 move circuit. Beter than last week but not entirely satisfactory.
W Eve Foundry with ThreeNine. Attempted to onsight around limit routes. Got  but current set generally felt to be hard.
T  Eve Home Bit of fingerboarding and fingery pulls in Shed
F eve / Sat Am Drive to Font. Eve with family Quick play at Mont Aigu
S Buthiers Early AM. Bit warm failed on Les Rampe and Monos as last year

Weighed in at 11.11 on Thursday which was depressing.

Good to hear. If/when I think Power Club surpasses Fit Club in usefulness I may go from dual-lurking to dual-posting and beyond, but for the moment the kinds of useful training discussions that break out on Fit Club threads every once in a while will probably keep me posting on there - I've been lurking on Power Club for about the same amount of time I've lurked on UKB and it feels like its far more "just a diary", there doesn't seem to be as much random chat and interaction yet.
