I've got a numb tingling sensation around the lump of bone on the inside of my elbow. It seams to be pretty relentless. Has anyone had similar or know what this is?

Having done a bit of research i think this is probably an inflammation due to golfers elbow or something similar which is doing weird stuff to my ulnar nerve. Not really sure how to treat this. Unless anyone has any different advice I'm just going to rest for a while and see what happens.

Nothing wrong with my tendons. Saw a physio and it was the ulnar nerve doing something weird because of problems in my back and neck.
