Burst Elbow
February 15, 2011, 10:50:00 pm
Wierd thing happened to me tonight...

Had a session at the wall, everything's going fine when suddenly my elbow starts leaking fluid...

It's been a little swolen for a couple of weeks but I just put this down to doing a fair bit of climbing recently and an old snowboarding injury that left a bit of mush in the joint..

Not painful to climb on but it's a little tender to the touch...

I'm gonna go get this checked out but I've little faith in GP's so thought I'd see if this has happened to anyone else and if so what the hell is it!

Oh and how do I stop it as it grossed everyone out :-[

:D

No idea, but if you want to stop it leaking I'd suggest an ice-pack, the logic being that heat expands things, cold contracts.
