Yeh im the same, if i take time off from climbing, i eat less and lose weight. When im climbing its bizarre the volume of what i can consume. Bummer eh!

I do think hammering the protein shakes is a good thing, i def feel heavier on them, then lay of them for a bit and up goes the grade.
