Vegas Pro and Adobe Premier Pro both let you manually tweak RGB etc. most packages have some function for it.

Anyone know what editing packages you use to correct green colour casts from filming underwater?

any with color correction?

You reckon? If I had easy access to all of them right now I could check myself which ones have colour correction. I know MS Moviemaker doesn't.

It may not be intuitive but you can do it with WMM with an overlay of a block colour.

People looking for a free, powerful editor should be looking at ES Lightworks. Its very different to the others but from what I've seen (forum and tutorials) its very good.
