Where can I get an up to date guide to all the bouldering on Portland? (short and sweet).

Dunno how up to date it is, but go to this rockfax search page, and select bouldering in the "type of route" dropdown box.

Other way might be to email Jimbo Kimber (user "Jimbo" on CT I think).

You can try www.dorset-climbing.net which should have some info.
But Jimbo is the main man he posts at JIMBO on rocktalk
I'm sure he will give show you around as well if you ask nicely
