Duncan Disorderly reckons that cranking out loads of dwarf press-ups after sessions (press-ups on his knees with feet off the ground on fists - knuckles pointing towards each other) saw off his elbow problems. He said he got this from Drew Haigh who apparently does 3 sets of 40.
Thanks Simon. Tried regular push-ups a few times but my shoulders didn't like them. Shoulders now much stronger
so might give these a go.
