U.S. Bouldering
November 26, 2002, 02:11:11 pm
Yo fools,

Myself and another chap, nothing but friends of course, are planning a trip to the U.S. this summer for a spot of the old bouldering.

We're gonna go for about a month, probably August.

Only problem is, we can't decide were to go, it's all a bit big over there.  There's also the issue of high humidity during the summer months in some parts of the country.

If you've got any suggestions as to where you would suggest going, I would be happy to read them.

Cheers,

 :sniper: Tim.

Get hold of a copy of John Sherman's "Stone Crusade", the US bouldering bible.

Not only has a massive list of areas, but the history sections are a great read too. Not bang up to date, published in '96 but should be enough in there to keep you busy for a lifetime.

Most good US bouldering areas are way to hot in the Summer to be much cop. Try Squamish in Canada - 'sposed to be awesome!
