Forget press ups and weights, just not at all specific to climbing. It's all about going bouldering, or at the very least fingerboarding
Movement drills? I climb the same having done the exercise or not which is odd, seem to recover quickly, maybe weights could be added to press ups, sit ups and pull ups?
