Anyone been sport climbing in this region. Thinking of a 5 day trip or so in June. Looks very different and really quite good.

Remember an old OTE article with Jean Mihn Flin Bin in it, looked very cool; Sandstone?

we went for 2 weeks about 10 years ago! Used the OTE article, bolted sandstone in the forests, very boulder problem routes, nice area, enjoy

Had a short tour of the area about 15 years ago with a local climber, Olivier, who still lives there. Can put you in touch with him if you like.
Went to Kronthal which was good and a small place in a forest which I can't remember the name of but it reminded me of a back bowden with bolts.
Have you been on the local site?

Drop me a pm if you wish more info.

Hey, just came across this trying to find info on climbing in the region. Coming from Strasbourg, is it difficult to get to? I'm possibly moving out there in a few months, and just want to get the local cragging figured out  :)
