Exporting in premier pro

I've got a 22min long film which I need to export into 500mb or less. How do I jiggle the export settings on premier pro to do this? :please:

What version are you using?

In CS5 it tells you the estimated file size at the bottom so you can adjust formats/presets/bitrates etc accordingly...
