i'll be just north of gran paradiso the first week in june. does any one knows of any good boulders round there or maybe some sport chuffing?

There's stacks of chuffing to be done in the Valle D'Aosta, not sure about known bouldering though  .

unfortunately i think i'll be travelling with ryanair and don't think i'll be able to squeeze in a rope and gear. i guess i'll take my shoes and see what i can find

close to aosta there's the "cubo" bouldering area, historical place, kingdom of alberto gnerro.
sadly i don't know how to get there.

i'll keep an eye out for it, i think we'll have a car for a week so hopefully can look around a bit, unfortunately i dont think i'll be taking a pad with me

Talking about NW Italy, has anyone been around Cuneo, especially Val di Gesso ?

I've had a look at cuneoclimbing.it, but any comments would be good - considering the area for a family holiday.

well there turned out to be rock everywhere unsurprisingly, loads of decent size blocs mostly untouched by the looks of things.
