  Wanted to go, but too many other things to pay for at present, however possibly going to the joe mcnally one if you fancy that as well, he is an equally amazing photographer with major skillzz.
It's not all bad though, pretty soon i'll be the proud owner of an almost full compliment of Elinchrom modifiers (minus the lightbanks), and will have finished my steadicam training, amongst other bits, so things are looking up!

I was lucky enough to attend the Leeds seminar today and it was excellent. Great presenter/demonstrator with some witty comments thrown in for good measure. Right at the end he created some fantastic portraits (no doubt they'll pop up on Flickr or the blog at some point).
I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in this. It built on my knowledge from the Lighting 101 and 102 posts as well as on top of Zack Arias' 'One Light' dvd. Can't wait to get stuck in. He smashed the idea of a 'correct' exposure to pieces.
