I was doing some one arm lock offs and one of my rock rings spat its dummy, went ping and slumped towards me. It would seem the edge of it has shattered.
My question is:
A) has anyone else had this problem?
B) Is it a bin job for the broken ring?
C) would a good industrial-grade araldite epoxy resin fix this, accompanied with fibergrass reinforcement?
