Some heads up, our Biology dept is having a clear out of old photo gear they've accumulated.. Theres a list here - no idea about prices or conditions etc.. but if anyone is interested drop me a PM and I'll make some enquiries... I dont know what half the stuff is TBH, but I may nab the 50mm f2 lens...

 :) I just copied and pasted!! All the funnier as I think thats from the fisheries people!

The M3's command a high price on Ebay - so I may bob over and have a look at them tomorrow and put in a speculative bid...

I was hoping it wasn't a typo... the 6mm fisheye was mahussive, so the 5mm would have to be even bigger!!

I think you are a closet camera geek tomtom  ;)

Thats a mad lens! I suspect as they've put "wide angle" after the 28mm, the 5mm oddity is a typo! But if I see something that looks like mystic megs globe on a Nikkon mount I'll nab it! You could just lie the camera on its back under a roof problem and get some mental video!

I'm just a geek. No closets involved... (well not until I discover geekery that requires a closet!)  :)

Forget the 5mm nikon, i'd be more worried about the 1.50mm Symmar.

That'll be an erroneous decimal point.
