ill have a room to rent from the 1st of feb in highfield, sheffield (next to brammal lane football ground). rent is £220 pcm which includes gas / electricity / water / council tax, but not phone.
theres a decent board in the cellar, a campus board in the garden, and its walking distance from the edge and heeley boulder.
it would best suit someone who doesnt mind loud music.
