pantontino

don't get me wrong, i completely agree. all i'm sayin is people wil abuse other people. i look at this forum n 8a.nu when i want a laugh at sum wild scorecard claims!

i wouldn't know about wots bin said elsewhere cos i think i've bin blessed wi the good sense not to bother wi the rants of so called anonymous slaggins off. i cud take a not so educated guess at wots bin said, however.

havin said this... sum people have always bin doubted n sum have always had their word took as gospel. why is this?  :? i'm just thankful that i'm not good enough 2b on the receivin end.

i'm almost tempted to c wots bin said on planet fear but will refrain cos i'm not borin, even tho i do climb. :)

I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, but I couldn't help but stick up for Steve on Planet Fear (see the Dreamtime thread) - who are these anonymous wankers?

I can't imagine any of them having the guts to approach Steve directly.

Was that you Dave?

They're just trolling - quite successfully it seems.

I was talking to John Gaskins about this last night and he told me that he'd seen Steve working Hubble. John reckoned that the manner in which Steve dispatched the crux move left him in no doubt whatsoever that he could and subsequently did climb it.

I've climbed with Steve quite a bit, and have no doubt that he's climbed everything that has been claimed.
Steve is not the kind of bloke to blow his own trumpet (look at his routes at Kilnsey, or his ascent of Hubble).

Steve respect. Knew you would be up there.
