This weekends Rugby

I'm going to stick my neck out and say Ireland by 16 points.

Ohh and I hope italy can manage a win they deserve it.

You can get 5/1 for Ireland to win by over 12.5 on Betfair and Ladbrokes are offering 14/1 on a 16 - 20 point margin (which is a shit bet but still, it's there).

I'm going to demonstrate my usual ineptitude at the bookies and stake maybe as much as £2 on the result.

Done.

My money is going on an accumulator of ireland +9 - +14, Italy and Wales to both win.

What odds did you get? At least 50/1 I presume.

your talking about a training game now, this is proper rugby we're talking about.
France will hammer wales, we should just beat ireland and hopefully italy will beat scotland but I think the scott's will have the edge.
Seabass is on the bench for france!

I would love to see it but I can't.

The odds were so poor I just money on Ireland at 8/1.

Unfortunately old bean, I will be visiting the physio this evening, so you'll have to wait until next week to extract your pint of blood bitter from the proverbial stone......

May I be the first to offer my commiserations to the Oirish

It's not often I cheer for the Jocks, but on this occasion, I made an exception  :P

and what makes me laugh even more is that if England hadn't had a one-eyed Kiwi ref, we'd have beaten the French and finished above you.  As it goes, we'll just have to be content with having played all the rugby in that game......... ;D

I would but you're not in biting range and in any event I was a scrum half and as such I'll leave the actual biting to a prop.  Just be careful arround fat saffas.

PS I'm glad England ended up on a losing 'high' it will make their humiliation during the summer even more bitter.
