Food, lots of food. Probably why I'm a fat vegetarian. :)

Cous-cous or bulghur salads, whether with beans or dried fruit and seeds are quick and easy to make on a morning. Bagels and sunflower paste are good too.

I keep a lot of cooked beans and lentils in the freezer, these can be just grabbed and pasta, buckwheat or cous-cous drained over them. Add a few chopped spring onions and tomatoes and you have a lunch. Microwaves in about three minutes. I bulk it out with a wholemeal pitta or 3 or some homemade bread. A low fat carrot cake without the slimy topping is a favourite for pudding. (I'll email the recipe if you want it Paul)

Chocolate cake is good too.

Either leftovers of curry/stir-fry/pasta or sandwiches with egg, salad cream, chilli sauce and marmite.  :-[

Occasionally lazy in which case I'll grab a roll from a sandwich shop (current favourite is The Lunch Stop on Glossop Road), much better value than tastier than Tesco's cardboard.

got a bit put off Lunch Stop today when I saw them grating a huge block of cheese that in fact wasn't cheese. It was 'Mild - a cheese substitute'...

I wish I had pizza.

My luch box has rice, peas, carrot, cauliflour, broccoli, tuna and a fat free dressing. Healthy: Yes. Tasty: Yes. Repetitive: Yes. And its only Monday  :(

You'll be leaning out no doubt?

Recently I've discovered the Roasted pepper, cheddar, ham, chicken and Mayo Ciabatta from Mocca. Very nice (if they've run out today I won't be impressed!).

Yeah the weight is steadily coming off, was 81.4kg this morning. Indulged a little at the weekend so not to bad.

I need to do more with chicken, its just not as convenient as tuna!

It doesn't come in tins yeah but if you roast some up then it'll do you for a while without too much effort.

Cheese and apple chutney (homemade, from homey apples) sandwiches on homemade bread. A carrot.
I'm going to buy some crisps to put into the sandwich, salt and vinegar.

Later I shall snack on oatcakes.

Mmmmmmmmm

I'm just terribly unorganised when it comes to food. Tuna is too handy and the other things only take 10-15 mins.

Sam your food sounds awesome, wanna swap?!  ;)
