Shark has been waving his beating stick in my direction, so:
Goals:
Have the most slapdash haphazard and unfocused approach to training I can muster.
This week:
Mon - n/a / brief theraband exercises / had applied arnica cream to tweaky finger overnight and had felt a lot better / now can't find arnica cream.
Tue - 2 hours hard bouldering on new project, seems hard, progress 1m up, finger felt okay, shoulder a bit achey / swim 750m, felt good and relaxed, shoulder tweaky / still can't find arnica cream.
Wed - 1 hour steady walk / 2 hours hard bouldering on new project, all limbs feel okay but it is desperate, progress still 1m up / where is the bloody arnica cream??
Thu - get let down by supposed climbing partner / 15 mins run in (5/1/5/1/5), which is good / find arnica cream in my pants.
Fri - n/a
Sat - n/a
Sun - ski all day, legs good, awesome.

A mixed week. Getting a bit of motivation back. Swimming after bouldering was a nice touch, and the lone run was interesting, I can definitely do more than I thought, so will keep pushing with that. Climbing-wise the bouldering was weird, I might have bitten off more than I can chew with this project, although it is as interesting as it is confusing. It's not great training though. My shoulder has improved a bit but my finger is still tender - curious that it responds so well to arnica, maybe it is bruising more than a tweak??
