  Lazier in climbing terms yes.  However, Tom's dedication in working towards a career in architecture somewhat dwarves Rich's efforts in working towards a career in well you know, hanging out, persuading people to buy toedown rockshoes, watching the cricket, looking for more overhanging bouldering venues etc etc...
