Anonymous threaten to "kill facebook"

More importantly Surfing the net can increase work productivity something I've suspected for a long time  :strongbench:

Not so much IT News as something one of my mate's who's fluent in French passed on to me - apparently "twitter" has evolved into common usage as a verb!

Je twitte
Tu twittes
Il twitte
Nous twittons
Ils twittent

And apparently it's regular in the past tense as well...

J'ai twitte (can't add the accent on the e)

etc etc

Genial!

I suspect thats more down to person will power.. I have disabled the (external) internet at work and my productivity has shot up. I have about as much will power as Kerry Katona placed before a table laden with booze and pain killers...

I'd be surprised if this doesn't break multiple MS copyrights

Mac users beware when "trashing" confidential documents

excellant synopsis of a dire OS I'm forced into for the iCloud ( aka actually working MobileMe, to then find snow leopard will actually run it)

lion is  a bugged ipad esk front piece that simply worsens the OSX users experiences and hinders their needs.

the new MS et arrive

I thought Apple could do no wrong?

All boils down to choice, you could always install GNU/Linux on your Mac. Holler if you want some pointers :tease:

Thats not overly surprising, automated "maximisation/minimisation" algorithms are well known to be prone to converging on local rather global solutions.

I think its reached the point where the higher they price it, the more people assume its amazing and the less rational they get about the features.

No iPhone 5, just an "upgrade" to the iPhone4S (with features it should really have had in the first place, many of which are software, which is what I thought applications were for!).
