Great vid self-massage for muscle sore spots

Have had elbow pain - extensor strain- for yonks, did serious strengthening/stretching for 3 weeks but this http://massage-glasgow.blogspot.com/2010/01/treating-your-trigger-points.html was the thing that helped me really get rid of pain. If it hurts, I do this little massage and it's gone. Now back climbing/bouldering/locking off, 2 weeks ago this was unthinkable 'cos "pain always there".

Yes this site is good. I has seen a bloke in San Francisco (doctor does free consultations in Mission, a very busy gym) while on holiday there, he prescribed "Active Release Therapy" which seems to be a patented technique, the site only has info on when you can pay to go on courses to learn how to do it :( :( This site gives good info AND it seems you can't hurt yourself, since you don't press hard.

Glad it helped you, am about to do some bouldering on home wall now :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

I think if i had my own wall, my elbows would be even more trashed then they already are!  :lol:
