I have fine 20/20 vision, but I look beyond physical appearances and don't find the fact that someone has a rare genetic disease a reason to ridicule them, even if their head does resemble their light-shade.  Disabled people want and do the same as "normal" people, just the other day I saw some crappy wheelchair version of Strictly come dancing or other.

His dancing/miming on the other hand is a fine and fair target for ridicule (as are all people who post such videos on the net).

I personally do not understand how people can find this amusing, I think it's a little sad... reading the comments on Youtube are equally as depressing.
