was in da news thread. Great bit of TV and I think he talks a lot of sense about the disconnect between most of the populous and the 'game' of Westminster. Also interesting how he picks up on the growing gap between rich and poor (something that spawned past times of revolution - c.1900 etc..) - the ruling and (now) middle classes.

I was also impressed by Brands passion and anger... in a way I wish I could get that worked up about politics instead of just apathetically accepting its what it is etc...

I tried to appreciate dance by going and seeing a ballet of Dracula at Sheffield Lyceum a few years back, I found it pretty tedious and boring.  I tried again when I took my wife to see a stage production of Flash Dance, but fell asleep halfway through.

I don't think dance really helps much in explaining statistical concepts either (particularly given they rely on text to explain everything anyway!)
