Really good at the roaches, then it snowed and now its bad. Anywhere sheltered from the fine snow - ramshaw probably is still in good nick.
cheers

Best connies will be the windiest spots that dry quicker. Hill fog forecast tomoz so could be claggy high up. Sundays looking like the best day fo sho.

Everyone in the world was at the Roaches today!... I could see them all scurrying about from the peace of Hen Cloud, which a couple of mates and I had to ourselves
Most conditions up there were great out of the bitterly cold wind.

Anyone put off the Roaches at the moment should think again; because its been prevailing easterlies the crags have effectively sheltered the access road from the heavy drifting affecting everywhere else - access was OK; also the rock hasn't got much lying snow on it and no thaw as yet - Tetris block was mint..

Went out for a walk today...made sure it went past newstones/baldstones so could scope it out...
Seemed in generally good nick. Snow has shifted from the top of blocks already like charlie's overhang etc and also melted from the base of most of the blocks. rock dry :D
