In UK or Deutshland? Apparently you can get them dirt cheap at cash and carry, but we just bulk buy in sales when there is a "baby event" on at one of the supermarket. Think there's one on at ASDA at the moment.

That sounds like a lot, from a quick whiz 100 size 2 newborn buggies are about £12 (11 Euro) at tesco.I'd fuck off the organic envirornmentally friendly ones they're just a way of fleecing idiots. Organic cotton, 'cough you're not eating it your kid is shitting in it. Cotton fucks the environment so much a bit of fertiliser and so on is probably better for the environemnt than organic.
