Head north and bag some winter Munro's.
This works for me. Big days out in the hills doing winter routes (with longer approaches than N Corries!) or ski touring are always good calorie burners.

I found spending from midday on Xmas eve until last night at hospital an effective way of avoiding any Xmas food and drink. Kyle arrived at 8 am on Xmas day!
