Hello,

I'm after the best venue near to where I work (newton-le-willows) near Warrington as we've gone flexi-time so I can get to work for 10am so should be able to fit a session in if I get there at first light.

Was thinking of brownstones as I've been before but might get stuck in traffic making my way from there and it was very waterlogged when I went there yesterday - is Pex Hill any good? or does anyone have any other suggestions? Trying to save money by not going indoors.

Thanks

Sloper

Pex is a top venue with a variety of fine problems, but at this time of year the dew / condensation may mean that it's not dry in the mornings.

I agree Mr. Sloper.
Pex is worth a try most days, Pisa wall being overhanging will generally have something dry.
If it's atall wet though it's best to sack it off.
