Yeah that was climbing fella.

On the fingerboard I guess I'm just avoiding stressing the injured finger. Im still able to work around it (ie rest of fingers) and when I do work it, I'm careful to avoid crimp/half crimp and focus on dragging the small edges and slopers (which i'm crap at) as I can push these far more with much less risk.

I would definately agree that fingerboards whilst injured are a shit idea unless you are absolutely strict though, it's really easy to get carried away.

if you're hanging off mono's how can you injure your other fingers? the answer is you can't. if you've an index finger tweak and you hang back 3 and variations on this how can you injure your index finger further? the answer is you can't
don't put the finger in pain on the board and work around it
this is common sense

Fully agree with dense. Get on the fingerboard and make the other fingers beastly. I had injuries in both index fingers at the same time.
I really enjoyed just climbing on pockets and back three and getting strong on them whilst retaining psyche and fitness.

Quite painful. Use lube or else you get splinters in your helmet. And monos are a really tight squeeze.

Actually just screwed into wooden frame above door in garage.
