Logged onto my facebook yesterday and found that all of my friend had been sent a wall post about some ''article health'' rubbish from my facebook.
 
anyone got any ideas what this is or how bad it is?

Sounds like SPAM.

My recomendation would be to contact Farcebook Site Support and report the user, but I don't use Farcebook so know nothing of how things work.

Nor me - I like my friends logic about not needing facebook 'If I want someone to talk to me, they have my mobile number. If they haven't got my mobile number, I don't want to speak to them'.

I had a 17 year old male model from Oxford wanting to be my friend when I first used it? WTF? 

It was at this point that my facebook account was deleted...
