You listening cofe and jonjon? I warned you about ignoring quarries on the western fringe...There's a new edition of the VG guide out next year, should fix your issues if you can wait.
The occasional one appears on Amazon secondhand, but you have to check pretty regularly!
Not being any reflection on the value of the new one, but I think that the Rockfax one was a great guide. I have always been really impressed by the accuracy and userability of the topos, and the info always rings true.
Thanks Drew - I have a copy of the Rupert Davies one.The Rockfax one covers a lot of the lesser known areas such as Hobson Moor Quarry (which is close to me) and has more problems (apparently) than the newer guide too...
I think I might have two copies, you can have one if I do. I'll check.

Tris - this geezer's got a copy over on the other channel:http://www.ukclimbing.com/forums/t.php?n=381890
I've had a look and can't find either of them right now. I'll keep hunting and let you know if one turns up, but if you locate one in the meantime then I'd say go for it. Finding anything in my house is a major venture at the best of times....
