The only reason I'm bitching is because I've spent lots of time tendering for jobs I haven't got.  What I want to know is what the fuck is wrong with just pissing 25% of the cost of the budget for an IT project up the wall (literally), you're saving the trust 75% with no loss of performance.

The cvnts just lack vision if you ask me.
