With your right hand in the poor dish and left hand on the lip, rock over to the good starting slot of Remergence with your either your left toe on an unobvious 2 cm by 3-4mm edge or your heal on a sloper on the lip.

The move to the first lip is so easy that I can do it.

It's a Burbage eliminate which means you have to start the sequence in the car park and arrive at the start having walked up the correct path or it's no tick.

In other words, if you have to ask......

as sloper said the move to the lip is so easy it just boils down to the one move, but you do start on the jug at the back

Dense is obviously right in that it starts from the Jug at the back and that it boils down to the one move, but how you come into and settle on the holds plays a significant part in whether you do the move. I did the rockover in isolation a fair while before I did the whole problem.

This was what i was struggling with.tried a few methods.had most success with a right foot drop knee in jug to gain dish, then step through to place Lf on smear on the lip.
