Is this place worth a visit? There seems to be a fair number of routes in the 7a-7b range, with Grand Canyon being one of the best routes in the guide apparently.

Or should I keep driving until I get to Dinbren? 

I have seen some pictures and it does look like a dark hole in the ground.

Haven't done it but Grand Canyon is sposed to be excelllent. Probably grim there now though.

Only just seen this thread. Grand Canyon is indeed excellent. It felt hard for 7b back in the day so possibly now worth 7b+ as I'm led to believe that stuff has fallen off it.   It was a good 12+ years ago when I did it and it still sticks in the mind. As Doylo said, it'll probably be as tad damp until next year.
