Could it be this one that you're curious about (I'm ignorant of whether 'two tier' is at Malham, but the thread was second in the sub-forum when you posted).

no Two Tier is in Cheedale

The new route was mentioned on Cocktalk in the Hubble report but didn't say which.

He mentioned it was on the far left of the Upper Tier if that norrows it down any.
