  Never checked how many 'ard climbs there are in NZ, if this is the first of the grade then it could be construed as news worthy.  I just thought the crag in general looked interesting/unusual and it was good that someone had found a line up there.

I suspect the paint roller is because DMM rollers are too expensive in NZ (if its anything like the cost of climbing equipment in Western Australia).

I'm pretty sure it's (bizzarely) a roll of fingertape on a quickdraw. Just looked a bit like a paint roller, hence the

You can tell he's a proper chuffer. Redpointing and still carrying a belay plate  ???, what's all that about then

Probably not everyone's cup of tea but I though this was a pretty decent collection of US sport climbing images ... quite a few areas I'd never heard of before which look good ... Sitting Bull Falls, anyone?
