Sting 7B+ Stone Farm
June 24, 2009, 04:07:19 pm
Has anyone heard of this problem on the first boulder at Stone Farm. I have seen the line but it really doesnt show where the holds go, as the way i read it was that you go from the break to then pull on the left hold of Stinging Nettle???

Any ideas anyone?

thought that was stining nettle, proper start with the left start being an easier variation...
but am prob wrong... would explain why I found that line hard for 7a+....  :-[

 ;D

It was in jest, if you know me then you know how I answer........... (sorry for any offence)

anyway, back to the real issue here, the picture does show stinging nettle 7a+, probably a touch harder than starting right under it

So what you were saying is start two hand down there on the start and go left hand to the slopers?

Na all is good

See to me that line looks like the right hand version of Stinging Nettle anyway or am i mistaken?

I have asked the person to explain the route some more as they way they describe it is that you go to the left top hold of SN which to me makes it feel really soft for 7B+ espically as i have only cllimbing 7A+
