Looking to head up to Wavelength and the Barrel tomorrow.

Anyone know how things are looking in the pass, dry at the moment?

Forecast looks good... Are the landings generally boggy this time of year?

Cheers

Cold and dry for ages. Bogs are frozen too, so easy to move around the upper Wavelength areas.

Any idea what the conditions might be like on Sunday? The forecast for Llanberis says 3 degrees/sunny so tempted to head down.

Cheers!

Nice work Dolly, but that's clearly from South Wales - a different country as far as I'm concerned!  ;)

Forecast for Sunday is proper baltic and windy too - I reckon it'll be dry but you'll probably freeze yer nuts off in the Pass.

Go to a coastal crag instead.

Anyone know if The Pass is dry today? Was thinking of having a lamplight session at the Cromlech after work.

Cheers

Again as above. Going to head over this eve. Anyone know if it's dry/good conditions?

Cheers

Surprisingly damp actually. I was going out in Bethesda this afternoon but changed my mind when I realised how much this morning's frost had hung around as dampness. Forecast was completely wrong - promised sunshine never materialised.

Cheers Si, didn't catch your update in time unfortunately. Went and did Jerry's Wall (Which was excellent). Conditions were bizarre... Rock was dry but the holds would condense/go a bit damp as you were using them!

Thinking of heading up tomorrow. Has it been raining there today?

Weather app seems split between dryness and thunderstorms for tomorrow...

Got a few hours free in N Wales on Saturday and keen for some stuff in the Pass. What would things like Grooves boulder, Upper Satellites or Barrel be like in this heatwave? Should I plan on going somewhere else?
Thanks :)

I reckon they'd be sound. Parking is always the main issue...
