Has anyone been to or does anyone know anything about Saalachtal in Austria? I only ask because on perusing 8a.LAM I noticed that Bernhard Schwaiger (of Memento repeat fame) has done 2 8C, 13 8B+ and about 25 8B problems there.

Er.........WHAT THE FUCK!? 

All I can find out about the place is this and the link to the Schwaiger brothers site which has a couple of topos (but nothing showing such an amazing volume of hard problems). It says there are over 200 problems there but this would mean that about 20% of them were 8B or above!

I've searched on here and it seems nobody's even mentioned the place before. Is it because it's shit (some of the boulders on that site look pretty good) or what? I'm amazed that if there are that many high grade problems there (or alleged high grade problems!) that it's not had more publicity / visits.

A friend went for a brief look once and said most things were pretty eliminate and if they were not then all the problems were a hell of a lot easier than they were suppose to be. Will rack his brain next time i see him.
