after downloading a dodgy item i get pop ups regularly, the same one a bloody internet explorer window with the following:

Internet explorer script error

an error has occured with a script on this page

blanked the link so people dont click it too


anyone got any way of getting rid without formatting pc? cheers

Do the usual scans with adaware, spybot then install something like Anti Malware and do a full scan.

Scan dodgy downloads before installing them...
