There was very little overnight frost to burn off, temp up to 2c from -5 at 8am, bit of breeze, it's pretty much perfect.

Epic verglas scene unfortunately, only Burbage west appears unaffected. Froggat/ Curbar may be better?

A few problems on the edge (e.g Seans Arete) at Curbar were in ok nick today, but Trackside and Gorilla Warfare areas were fairly icebound.

Stanage was pretty iced up today. Some stuff was ok like hourglass but what was ice free was pretty busy.

Apparent north was amazing today. Hampers hang, the 7b traverse, in fact pretty much everything, even top-outs (!) are ice-free and positively sticky. Obviously n-facing descents and pools on the tops of stuff are ice but otherwise perfect

This is one of the most reliable problems in the Peak - usually the last to get wet on the eastern edges. Was free of ice yesterday, should be in good nick today.

Burbage south is completely soaked and it looked like the rest of the valley was too.  Feels quite humid and warm out!!

Everything at Burbage West is wet. Bits of Burbage North were drying when the sun came out breifly this afternoon, Banana Finger & Remergence areas where both OK. Burbage South boulders still mostly damp though.
Lots of water around now the snow and ice is melting, so stuff that takes drainage is going to be no good for a while I'd have thought. Stuff catching the W wind seems to be the best bet
