Any word on the Eastern Peak today? Schloosh's post from yesterday doesn't look promising...

Buxton is gop, so assuming The Roaches etc. will be out.

Baslow was all dry, conditions were helped by the wind. It looked like people were climbing at Curbar.

It's drizzling in the High Peak now but the rain radar has it clearing for later.

Burbage West and Bridge areas were OK today.
Dry from all the wind but is anything a little warm.

Burbizzle West was fine.. Felt better than when I went last Thursday.. Rock was nice and clean after a dousing and the wind kept the humidity low. The other side of the valley looked a bit of a nightmare where i could see pads being blown away..

I'd have thought most of eagle stone would be dry with this wind, as long as you don't mind the wind. Most of walnut too actually, but less certain. It's warm and windy enough.

Was cack at Lunchtime.. got my stuff out of the car just as it started spitting - which then turned to rain proper. SLoped off to Rubicon...

Anyone know how it'll be today? Went out yesterday - fine in Dronfield, soaking at burbage!

Cheers

It'll be windy thats for sure.  Might be the odd shower lurking around too by the looks of it (based on looking Peak-wards from central Sheffield).

For what it's worth Wharncliffe escaped the weather for almost all of yesterday, only really started spitting at ~7pm. Looks like similar showery weather today
