Weird conditions. Stanage etc. were in a cloud ~10am but the rock was dry. Cleared up for a bit but then started to rain lightly ~2pm.

I was thinking of heading North tomorrow as forecast looks better than Peak?
Was much cloudier than forecast here today, with drizzle later in the afternoon. I should think that things catching a breeze will be good tomorrow though. Anywhere in particular you were thinking of going?

Turning stone edge was mostly dry, if a bit green. Humid though...

Was able to climb at Gibb tor but it was unbearably cold in the wind. Roaches was more in cloud so may have been wet but I'm not sure.

Roaches was not wet today. Freezing cold in the wind, but not wet.

Presently at bbg N. not great tbh. Most stuff damp - butbthibgs in the sun should dry fairly fast. Nice out - but not dry crisp super minty primo plus connies...

It was drying - and was 'alright' in most places at bbg when I left. Suspect the exposed bits of curbizzle would be ok. Pits probably log though..

Plantation wasn't much drier at 1 when I left than when I arrived around 11. Very little sun or wind made for poor drying conditions. Would be dry in 20mins with a stiff breeze.

Well bbg west was dry on the first bit left of Go West, Nose soaked,  WSS dry.

Remergence was dry bar the break holds at start of hanging arete and Remergence start pocket. Not especially good nick on slopes, but otherwise acceptable. Glad I chanced it.

How's it looking? Thinking about driving up from Coventry, or am I wasting my time?

Snowing/raining lightly in S11 and all roads and roofs wet. Don't think I would bother driving out from here so probably not worth it from Coventry!

Snowy. Whilst it's not melting where it's recently fallen plenty of damp patches so very little in. @burbage, Remergence OK but slopey arête and blind fig holds wet. Some of west looks ok if you don't want to top out.

Indeed! For any comrades wanting a quick after work Peak hit - it's melting so lots of damp streaks. Below remergence stuff OK and there's a fella battling with the nose. Looks like streaks on WSS. Ok down in the valley but Baltic in the wind up on top. Exposed stuff might be dryer but will be pretty hostile!!

Ps - the Remergence Robin likes bread - but not egg.

Pps- was someone making some sort of litter based jokes by leaving some fig stones there... ;)
