All peachy there today.. big Plantation scene going on, with Mr Dawes,  Shauna (replete with sponsored motor) and Team America all scrittling about..

Don't worry folks, I added some punter balance to the metrics :)

Recon it'd be good for a lantern session out still if anyones keen...

Did you guys get much rain yesterday / overnight? It's pretty damp over in the west.

Damp on the ground in Sheffield but blue-ish skies overhead. I'm guessing the usual fast drying areas would be in.

What's the peak looking like now? Saturated? Is it likely to be dry tomorrow given the decent looking forecast, I'm debating a trip up from down south.

Rained this a.m quite a bit in Sheff not sure how wet in Peak, forcast looks dry for the rest of today and tomorrow good. Something should be dry by tomorrow lunch?!

The Ringinglow was pretty icy this morning, and there was a sprinkling of snow on the moors. Temps rose above freezing by midday though, and most of the snow has melted (unless there's more tonight). A lot of stuff was damp with snow melt, unless it was right in the wind. I suspect there will be dry rock tomorrow, but random stuff will be soaked. I wouldn't hold much hope for Brad pit, but it was blowing a hoolie so you never know.

The boulders at Burb South were mainly dry, although just about everything on the edge had run off to some degree.

Burb North / West had plenty of dry stuff. Great conditions on Remergence block.

Rowtor was patchy, only the reliable stuff was dry. Fair bit of run off. Looks set to be a similar day tomorrow with rain forecast overnight.

I shall be working on the principle that where ever is not sheltered will be dry...

remergence

not east facing, but usually sheltered

short walk in, so even if it is wet you can go somewhere else

I know it's not strictly eastern grit but Turning Stone (east facing) was soaked on Tuesday just in case anyone's tempted

Remergence buttress is nearly all dry, won't be long till it's fully dry in this wind. There's a bit of a moat below it though. Burb west is drying out nicely but it's blowing a gale.

Burbage west off the scale this afternoon. Good job I didn't do anything new as it wouldn't have counted.
