Terminate the Rate

No mobile phone sub-forum (yet*), but most people will probably be in favour of Terminating the Rate as it will mean cheaper mobile calls all round.

* Although I'm sure Dobbin could fill one up on his own given his mobile tweeting prowess

Without these charges, 3’s Kevin Russell said that he could foresee a time when mobile operators will be able to offer unlimited call, text and data packages for £35/month

I only pay £15 a month for all the usage I need (400 mins that roll over so I generally have 1000s and 1000 texts) and if I wanted unlimited data usage it would be about another fiver. Can see how this would be a good deal for the very high user though.

I pretty much get that (more texts and minutes then I will ever use and unlimited data) plus 16mb home broadband for about £30

Ha! If using your phone a lot for work is considered a chavish activity then.......  :guilty:

Text and email make my job even easier than it used to be.  :P
