Roaches all damp. Needs sunshine of which there was none.  Didn't stop some people leading something log on the lower tier.

Plantation nearly all in: the easy side of the business boulder is wet, and there some squiffy bits on jerrys traverse. Anything that caught the sun was good.

Roads fine too. My gran could have driven the bus up. And she can't drive.

What are the chances of Stainage being dry enough tomorrow (Wednesday)
Ive booked Decembers wednesdays off to climb but they have been a waste of time so far

The brightness was pretty fleeting anyway, Burbage and Stanage Right were mostly gash, can't imagine the Planatation was any better.

The rock looked dry enough but it was a misty day so it all felt slightly damp when bearing down.
Cottage was good, Ousal was OK but Gents was damp, didnt make it to Wrights but this could well be in the best condition atm due to its breezy possition. Heavy snow due Saturday tho

Just trying to make the call whether to come up from Derby this morning so a quickish reply would be much appreciated.

Has the rain ruined the rock or is it worth the drive?

Might go to burbage too though so news on either would be good.

Cheers.

Its still wet here currently, but looking at the radar and the satellite it may well improve.

Probably not worth it, wet & damp in S1, only going to be worse higher up.

Mmm, we drove halfway out and decided to bail on the plan.

Back in sunny Bath now so that's alright enough time to grow skin for a comp tomorrow.

:)
