I was riding a Bullit up until 2months ago. I've had Pikes, Marzocchi 66's & Boxxers on it. The Pikes felt too short & steep. The Boxxers were bought for my trip to the alps last year. They felt odd also. Can't quite put my finger on it but it always felt like you had to throw your weight over the from of the bike to make it stick when cornering fast. The 66's were perfect, I had 2007sl's which had travel adjust from 140-180mm. It made for a really versatile bike which could be ridden pretty much anywhere at a push! You should be able to pick a set of 66's up for very little as Marzocchi really seem to have fallen out of fashion.
What are the Domains like??? they seem to be going pretty cheap or is that for a reason??Cheers Pete

A couple of friends have had them on their bikes and have been pretty happy with them on alpine/whistler holidays. I think they're pretty heavy though. Would your budget stretch to a set of Lyric u-turns(wiggle seems the best price i can fin after a quick search)? They would sit perfectly upfront on the bullit, would be perfect for your alpine holiday and would be a much better suited fork for all round use when you get back.
SDH forum, second hand....there will be some there... certainly weekly...also pinkbike
Just got a set of RC3 66's with 180mm travel and 1 1/8th steerer should do the job nicely, picking them up later this week.
Does'nt hurt much but keep getting knocked back on the op. If it happens again next week I will probs not have it done as time is moving on and I need to be sorted for end july (which I reckon I will as things seem to be going)Cant believe that Bradford only has one surgeon capable of operating on my shoulder
