Hampshire wall anyone?
February 16, 2009, 03:17:17 pm
Just for a laugh, I seem to have ended up with a couple of days work in Waterlooville, Hampshire (nr Portsmouth).  Well done, I hear you all say - exactly.  Is there a decent wall anywhere around here, or for that matter, has anyone a board they fancy having a session on?  I've only got about an hour a day work wise, so have alot of time to kill between presentations.  Any news is good news.... :please:

Is Fort Purbrook no longer open then? Haven't lived down that way for a few years...

Sounds like HOA has given you the gen - but if not, this is the place

It's better than those pictures make it look, but I wouldn't hold your breath!

If you're really bored you could try the sea walls in old Portsmouth. There used to be some sort of hand made guide to them, don't know if it still exists. Nice landings onto shingle.
